Best Banana Chip Bread1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and bananas. Then beat in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, and raisins. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
